Jul, 02 2019A Google User1I purchased a Direct TV system ago several years. Less than 6 months later I called Tom when the system did not work. He promised to send someone to the house to fix it. After calling him at least 5 times, he said he couldn't get anyone out there. When I told him I was very disappointed with his service, he said "You should have gone somewhere else"!!!
